The colour of your skin should never stop you getting to the top

We’re committed to helping people from culturally diverse backgrounds in their journey to the most senior levels of UK broadcasting.

That’s why we’re launching the Cultural Diversity Network’s Mentoring Scheme. If you’re a UK resident from a Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) group*, we can help you develop your career within broadcasting through a 12-month mentoring relationship with a senior member of the industry. So if you’re ambitious and passionate about your career, with at least three years’ successful experience in any area of programme making or broadcasting, we’d like to hear from you. Places on the scheme are limited to 20, so please don’t delay.

Our scheme is one of the best design opportunities going, and it’s your chance to begin a career working on some of the most exciting productions in the industry.
